Union Oil and Gas Group is a Latin America

Focused oil & gas exploration company

ABOUT UNION OIL GAS GROUP

Union Oil and Gas Group is a Latin America focused oil & gas exploration company. Supported by a management team with world-wide exploration credentials, UOGG has high experience in exploration technologies to de-risk different surface and subsurface data on oil and gas prospects ahead of drilling, driving value creation for its investors.

From the beginning of UOGG’s activities, the emphasis has been to build significant investment value through its early entrant status in the Latin America region, combined with its experienced and proven exploration team and access to well and seismic as well as geological database. These factors allow UOGG to generate and monetize significant exploration targets to a highly attractive point in the value creation curve.

The company always uses cost effective and leading edge technology to identify and de-risk underexplored and mature prospects and in production hydrocarbon fields to invite partners to share the costs during the more capital intensive exploration and or drilling phases.

UOGG manages a significant and active licensed portfolio across onshore and offshore Latin America basins. Through the utilization of its data access and qualified experienced team, UOGG continues to mature exploration concepts into both, underexplored to drillable prospects, which will attract the motivated partners to share its licenses.
